Consent Data Storage
Each SMS opt-in submission is stored with the following metadata for audit and compliance purposes:
- •Consent Checkbox: true/false (must be true to submit)
- •Consent Text: Full label text shown to user
- •Timestamp: ISO 8601 server time
- •IP Address: User's IP at time of submission
- •User Agent: Browser and device information
- •Page URL: Where the form was submitted
